Who are we?
The H.O.M.E Residents’ Association (the association) exists for the benefit of the residents in Havelock Road, Outram Road, Mulberry Lane, Elgin Road and Ashburton Road/Gardens/Close. It aims to preserve, conserve and improve the environment in the H.O.M.E roads as well as in outlying areas that influence our area.

What personal information do we hold?
The name, postal address, phone numbers, email address and subscriptions paid of residents and of people who may help us in our activities (people in public office). We also hold a record of email communication between the association and people on our database. Once no longer a resident or in public office we destroy all personal information.
How do we collect it?
By hard copy form or in person at the time of a resident first contact with us or at a social event. We may also collect personal data that is in the public domain (e.g. from the council’s website).
How do we use it?
To inform residents of matters of interest in the pursuit of the aims of the association, to inform residents of the activities of the committee and to invite them to events. We do not share personal information with anyone outside the association.
